So I've been using www.mapmyride.com to track my workouts in the past 40 days. Here are the stats: 300.8 miles over 27 workouts with 15,502 calories burned. 205 miles were cycling miles, 10 hiking miles and 85 running miles.
Now if 1 pound is equal to approximately 3500 calories than I technically should have worked off 4.3 pounds if I ate whatever it takes to maintain my weight. It just shows you why most of American is obese.
